Title: Human Health Criteria for Arsenic in Idaho | |
Abstract:
In 2016, EPA disapproved Idaho's human health arsenic criteria. EPA is under a consent decree to sign a proposed rule setting forth new human health arsenic criteria for Idaho by Nov. 15, 2022, unless Idaho adopts replacement criteria that EPA approves by November 15, 2022. Similarly, the consent decree requires EPA to sign a final rule by Nov. 15, 2023, unless Idaho adopts replacement criteria that EPA approves. |
