Title: ●Steam Electric Reconsideration Rule  
Abstract:

EPA promulgated effluent limitations guidelines and standards (ELGs) for the Steam Electric Power Generation Point Source Category in 2015. Upon reconsideration of aspects of the 2015 rule, EPA promulgated revisions to the ELGs for this category in October 2020. In accordance with Executive Order 13990, EPA is reviewing the October 2020 rule for potential revisions.
