Abstract:
EPA finalized and published in the Federal Register the Final Rule Increasing Consistency and Transparency in Considering Benefits and Costs in the Clean Air Act Rulemaking Process on December 23, 2020 (85 FR 84130). This action established the process and approach by which all future significant regulations promulgated under the Clean Air Act will generate a benefit-cost analysis. Further actions to review this final rule based on Executive Order 13990 are being proposed (see 2060-AV18). |
