Title: Notice of Dispute | |
Abstract:
This final rule, which modifies the Code of Federal Regulations at 29 section 1402.1, is adopted to help promote efficiency in government. Specifically, the rule provides that the notice of dispute filed with the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service pursuant to section 8(d)(3) of the Labor-Management Relations Act, 1947, must be done electronically. The rule also provides that parties without the ability to file electronically may request assistance from the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service. |
