Title: Enhanced Security for Special Nuclear Material [NRC-2014-0118] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the NRC's regulations to make generically applicable security requirements imposed in security orders after the events of September 11, 2001.  The scope of this rulemaking would affect the physical protection of nuclear plants, fuel cycle facilities, and spent nuclear material.
