Title: Designating National Security Positions 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), jointly with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, intends to issue modification to regulations regarding the designation of national security positions, to remove the duplicative and obsolete sections of 5 CFR part 732 that were superseded by 5 CFR part 1400, and to amend and update 5 CFR part 1400 references to Executive Order 10450.
