Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is withdrawn a proposed regulation to revise its reduction-in-force (RIF) regulations. The proposed rule discussed section 2(j) of Executive Order (EO) 13839 titled, Promoting Accountability and Streamlining Removal Procedures Consistent with Merit Systems and Principles which has now been revoked.
