Title: ●Federal Employees Health Benefits Program Regulations: Revised Guaranteed Issue Conversion Requirements and Technical Updates 
Abstract:

The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is withdrawing a previously published Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would have amended the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) regulations at 5 CFR part 890 to revise guaranteed issue conversion requirements and make technical updates. The rule would have updated the requirements and timeframes for FEHB carriers to offer assistance to enrollees terminating their FEHB coverage and who may have elected to enroll in guaranteed issue individual policies. The rule also would have updated the title of the Director for Healthcare and Insurance.
