Abstract:
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks public comment on a proposed rule that would amend Appendix D of the USAID Acquisition Regulation to change the standards used to determine the pay rates and premium pay for U.S. personal services contracts with individuals (USPSCs), especially those used for USPSCs performing abroad. |
