Title: Board for Correction of Naval Records 
Abstract:

This proposed action amends 32 CFR 723 concerning the Board for Correction of Naval Records, last published February 24, 1997 (62 FR 8166), to reflect Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) procedural changes.  This amendment will inform the public of the new procedural changes and provide clearer direction on the application submission process.
