Title: Privacy Exemption Rule for Pay, Time and Attendance | |
Abstract:
This rule will exempt the Pay, Time, and Attendance Records from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records. The Department of Defense is publishing this as a direct final rule, because we do not expect to receive any significant adverse comments. |
