Abstract:

This final rule will rescind the December 23, 2020 rule, "Implementation of Executive Order on Access to Affordable Life-saving Medications,” published at 85 FR 83822.  The rescission NPRM published on June 16, 2021, under RIN 0906-AB25.  However, it is being listed with this entry as RIN 0906-AB25 was a completed action in the previous edition of the Unified Agenda.
