Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Snail Darter from the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to delist the snail darter (Percina tanasi) because conservation efforts have led to the species’ recovery. The snail darter is a fish found in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
