Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Cactus Ferruginous Pygmy-Owl | |
Abstract:
This proposed rule would make a listing determination for the cactus ferruginous pygmy-owl (Glaucidium brasilianum cactorum) under the Endangered Species Act. This bird is found in Arizona, Texas, and Mexico. The FWS would also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable. |
