Title: Tribal Energy Resource Agreements (TERA) Technical Amendments 
Abstract:

This rule clarified that the Tribe must sign off on the submission of a Tribal Energy Development Organization (TEDO) application for certification.  The regulations state that the TEDO submits an application for certification as a TEDO, but the statute states that the Tribe submits the application.  This rule also corrected internal cross-reference citation errors.
