Title: Strengthening Wage Protections for the Temporary and Permanent Employment of Certain Aliens in the United States 
Abstract:

This rule amends the regulations at 20 CFR parts 655 and 656 to establish a new wage methodology for setting prevailing wage levels for the H-1B/H-1B1/E-3 and PERM programs consistent with the requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
