Abstract:

In the final rule, the Commission amended the definition of useful thermal energy output in its regulations implementing the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 to recognize the technical evolution of cogeneration (Docket Nos. RM21-2-000 and RM20-2-000).
