Abstract:

The FDIC, OCC, and FRB (Agencies) will seek comment on a joint proposed rule to revise the Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking issued by the FRB in the Federal Register on October 19, 2020, and to implement the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA). The CRA generally requires that each Agency issue regulations.
