Title: ●Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2021-02, Art in Architecture 
Abstract:

GSA is issuing an interim rule amending the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to update the Art in Architecture program provisions. This interim rule provides clarification to the policies that support the efforts to collect, manage, fund, and commission fine art in Federal buildings, and fulfills the requirements in the Executive Order issued May 14, 2021, titled Revocation of Certain Presidential Actions and Technical Amendment.”  The rule also aligns the policies with the Executive order issued January 20, 2021, titled Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government.”
