Abstract:

The United States Agency for Global Media is developing, and plans to re-issue, regulations to further implement the statutory firewall found in 22 U.S.C. 6202 and 22 U.S.C. 6204(b) that protects the editorial independence of USAGM broadcast networks and grantees.
