Title: Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Handicap 
Abstract:

The National Endowment for the Humanities ("NEH") will issue a regulation to implement Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1972, as amended. This statute prohibits recipients of Federal financial assistance from discriminating on the basis of disability in programs or activities. The promulgation of this regulation will provide guidance to NEH grantees.
