Abstract:
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) proposes to adopt regulations establishing procedures by which the agency will respond to requests for the production or disclosure of official information and documents in connection with legal proceedings in which neither the United States nor NEH is a party. The rule will set forth the procedures and criteria by which the agency will determine whether NEH employees may provide testimony or records relating to their official duties in response to a court order, subpoena, or request. |
