Title: ●Suspensions of Gaming Licenses for Key Employees and Primary Management Officials
Abstract:

The National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC or Commission) is considering updating its regulations concerning suspension of licenses issued to Key Employees and Primary Management Officials who the NIGC determines are not eligible for employment. The rulemaking seeks to clarify the deadline for suspension of the license of a Primary Management Official or Key Employee after the NIGC has made a determination of ineligibility employment under 25 CFR 556.5, and the circumstances under which such a licensee has the right to revocation.
