Title: Amendment to Access Authorization Fees [NRC-2020-0133] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the NRC’s regulations to revise the access authorization fees charged to licensees for work performed under the Material Access Authorization Program (MAAP) and the Information Access Authority Program (IAAP).  The Chief Financial Officers Act of 1990 requires a biennial review of fees and other charges imposed and is the impetus for this amendment.
