Abstract: This action is to promulgate a direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, List of approved spent fuel storage casks to renew the Certificate of Compliance No. 1029 for the Standardized Advanced NUHOMS Horizontal Modular Storage System for Irradiated Nuclear Fuel for a period of 40 years beyond the initial certificate term.
