Abstract:

This action is to promulgate direct final rule to amend the listing in 10 CFR 72.214, List of approved spent fuel storage casks to renew the Certificate of Compliance No. 1021 for the TN-32 Dry Spent Fuel Storage System, Amendment No. 1.
