Title: Access to Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) for Employees of Certain Tribally Controlled Schools 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is finalizing an interim rule expanding eligibility for enrollment in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program to additional tribal employees. These revisions implement Public Law 116-260, which amended section 409 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act (IHCIA) and expanded eligibility to purchase coverage, rights, and benefits under the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program to eligible employees of tribally controlled schools.
