Title: ●Executive Branch Ethics Program; Technical Correction 
Abstract:

The Office of Government Ethics (OGE) plans to issue a technical correction to 5 CFR 2638.208 following the inadvertent deletion of subsections (a) through (c) that occurred when the provision was revised in August 2020 (see 85 FR 51301). OGE will add the subsections back to the regulation as they were previously written; no substantive change is intended.
