Abstract:
The interim final rule implemented the provisions of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation Act, including the certification and verification of the labor value content (wage protection) requirements of the United States Mexico Canada Agreement, in accordance with the authority granted to the Secretary of Labor under that Act. This rule is now at the final rule stage. |
