Abstract: The Department proposes to amend its regulations at 22 CFR 41.84 governing trafficking victims and at section 41.12 governing nonimmigrant visa classifications. This rule is intended to align with current legislative authorities for trafficking victims and certain nationals from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and their derivatives, and ensure consistent formatting.
