Title: Revised 2023 and Later Model Year Light-Duty Vehicle Greenhouse Gas Emissions Standards 
Abstract:

Under Executive Order 13990 on Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis (January 20, 2021), EPA was directed to review the Safer Affordable Fuel-Efficient (SAFE) Vehicles Rule for Model Years 2021-2026 Passenger Cars and Light Trucks (April 30, 2020). Based on the Agency's reevaluation, EPA revised the GHG standards for model years 2023-2026.
