Title: Amendments to Hybrid III 5th Percentile Female Test Dummy 
Abstract: This rulemaking would amend the specifications of the anthropomorphic test device (i.e., a crash test dummy) known as the Hybrid III 5th percentile female specified in part 572 in order to align with market availability of the devices. The rulemaking also would revise the specifications for the construction and performance of the dummy jacket, and provide a minor revision to the spine of the dummy to improve the testing efficiency.
