Title: ●Seat Belts in Limousines 
Abstract:

This rulemaking is issued pursuant to a statutory mandate in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) to amend Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards to require occupant restraint systems at each designated seating position in limousines and that minimize the risk of failure by forces acting on the seats, attachment assemblies, and installations as a result of motor vehicle impact.
