Title: ●Amend FMVSS No. 108 For On-Vehicle Headlamp Testing 
Abstract:

Pursuant to a statutory mandate in the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, this rulemaking would propose to require performance-based standards for vehicle headlamp systems to ensure that headlights are correctly aimed on the road and requiring those systems to be tested on-vehicle to account for headlight height and lighting performance.
