Title: ●Small Business Lending Company (SBLC) Moratorium Rescission and Change of Ownership Updates 
Abstract:

SBA will publish a notice of proposed rulemaking in order to receive comments from the public and the lending industry regarding the proposal to lift the moratorium on permitting new Small Business Lending Companies (SBLC). Also, SBA will be requesting comments regarding removing the prohibition of partial changes in ownership under the 7(a) loan program.
