Abstract:
DoD, GSA, and NASA are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the requirements in SBA’s final rule issued on October 16, 2020 regarding size protests on set-aside orders under multiple-award contracts that were not set-aside; socioeconomic status protests on set-aside orders where the required status differs from that of the underlying multiple-award contract; and the authority for SBA’s Associate General Counsel for Procurement Law to initiate size protest. |
