Title: ●Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Sugar Beet Crop Insurance Provisions 
Abstract:

This rule is amending the Common Crop Insurance Regulations, Sugar Beet Crop Insurance Provisions by adding stage guarantees, providing an option for the producer to remove the stage guarantees.  In addition to the changes above, the rule will make small editorial clarifications or corrections.
