Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 815(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012. Section 815(b) addresses the time period during which DoD may challenge a contractor's proprietary data restrictions.
