Title: Calendar Year 2023 Reimbursement Rates Notice 
Abstract:

Each year, IHS staff work with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Office of the Assistant Secretary for Financial Resources (OS/ASFR) staff to review and finalize annual rate notices for services provided by IHS. The rates cover inpatient and outpatient medical care provided by IHS facilities for Medicare and Medicaid beneficiaries, beneficiaries of other Federal programs, and for recoveries under the Federal Medical Care Recovery Act.
