Title: HHS Policy for the Protection of Human Research Subjects: Updates to the Additional Protections for Specific Populations (Subparts B, C, and D) 
Abstract:

This final rule (IFR) will amend subparts B, C, and D of 45 CFR part 46 to be compatible with recent amendments to the basic Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Policy for the Protection of Human Subjects (subpart A of 45 CFR part 46, also known as the Common Rule). The general compliance date of amendments to subpart A was January 21, 2019.
