Overall Description of Deadline: The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 made reporting of the Child Core Set mandatory for States beginning in Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2024. The Support for Patients and Communities Act (section 5001) made it mandatory for States to report the Adult Behavioral Health Measures on the Adult Core Set beginning in FFY 2024. |
