Title: Health Resources Priority and Allocations System (HRPAS) | |
Abstract:
This final rule would establish standards and procedures by which the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) may require that certain contracts or orders that promote the national defense be given priority over other contracts or orders. This rule also formalizes standards and procedures by which HHS may allocate materials, services, and facilities to promote the national defense. This rule will add part 94(a) to title 45 of the Code of Federal Regulations in order to implement HHS' administration of priorities and allocations actions, as well as establish the Health Resource Priority and Allocations System (HRPAS). |
