Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassifying Furbish's Lousewort (Pedicularis furbishiae) From Endangered to Threatened Status With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

FWS will make a final determination on our proposal to reclassify Furbish’s lousewort (Pedicularis furbishiae) from endangered to threatened on the List of Endangered and Threatened Plants. Furbish’s lousewort is found in Maine. FWS will also make a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act for Furbish’s lousewort.
