Abstract:
This proposed rule would amend the special regulations for Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area to allow bicycle use on approximately 21.9 miles of trail. National Park Service regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new trails for bicycle use off park roads and outside of developed areas.
