Title: Visas: Ineligibility Based on Public Charge Grounds 
Abstract:

The Department intends to propose revision of its current regulation at 22 CFR 40.41 on the public charge grounds of visa ineligibility at section 212(a)(4) of the INA, in light of public comments received and change in policy in regard to the implementation of this ground.
