Title: Human Health Criteria for Arsenic in Idaho 
Abstract: In 2016, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) disapproved Idaho's human health arsenic criteria. EPA is under a consent decree to sign a proposed rule setting forth new human health arsenic criteria for Idaho by November 15, 2023, unless Idaho adopts replacement criteria that EPA approves by November 15, 2023. Similarly, the consent decree requires EPA to sign a final rule by November 15, 2024, unless Idaho adopts replacement criteria that EPA approves.
