Title: ●Extension of Submittal Date for State Plans Required Under the Affordable Clean Energy Rule 
Abstract:

The EPA is extending the state plan submission deadline for the Affordable Clean Energy (ACE) rule due to a vacatur of the rule for 536 days. The EPA is taking this final action without providing an opportunity for public comment, based on the good cause exception in section 553(b)(3)(B) of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA), to extend the state plan submission deadline for 536 days.
