Title: Credit Program Regulations Update 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (TIFIA) regulations and the Railroad Rehabilitation and Improvement Financing Act (RRIF) regulations to update and harmonize the Credit Program Regulations with recent statutory changes.
