Title: ●Temporary Exemption From Motor Vehicle Safety and Bumper Standards | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would propose amending 49 CFR part 555 to modify the provision regarding the effective date of exemptions granted under part 555 in response to a petition for rulemaking from Cruise LLC. This change would allow exemptions to be granted to vehicles manufactured prior to the issuance of the grant of petition that are identical to the vehicles for which the exemption was sought. |
