Abstract: This rule will: (1) update FRA's railroad safety enforcement procedures and rules of practice to require electronic service of documents; (2) establish procedures to implement new authority regarding civil penalties for alleged Federal railroad safety violations; and (3) make other necessary administrative updates, such as correcting addresses in FRA's regulations. | |
